Sample Drum Washer

A pintle lined drum gently rotates the produce and the wash time is controlled by an adjustable gate.

Ideal for use in a pack house to replicate the wash process for sample testing, or for the smaller grower where an output of 1-2 tph is required.

A smaller basket type washer, 1 tph output with an elevator discharge, is also available.

Washers

All PCM washers use the same washing principle and they range in outputs of up to 20 tph.

PCM Drum Washers clean root products giving a superb finish to the toughest of jobs, with it's gentle washing action.

Purpose built Spray Washers for processing spring onions / scallions, celery and leeks.

The conveyor infeed area is where the raw material is placed prior to entering the washing area.

The units come complete with a waste removal area and single knife assembly.

Units can also be fitted with a water recycling tank, extra pumps, rotary filter system and air knives if required.
